World Mental Health Day/Walking


Today is World Mental Health Day so I thought I would post up the second in a series of doodles I am doing based on simple activities that can help during periods of mental illness, or that just generally improve mental health. The reading one I posted recently is the first one.

This one is: walking. I like to go somewhere quiet with lots of trees but just getting some fresh air is good for clearing away some of those cobwebs.

I will be posting a bit more about these images soon, as well as adding another couple of drawings, so keep an eye out…
