Number three in the little series I am doing focusing on simple activities that can help during periods of mental ill health – see here and here for the first two.

I don’t know much about the actual technical side of gardening, but I enjoy the little bits I do & find it satisfying when my clumsy attempts sometimes work out (key word: sometimes). This year I managed to grow two teeny tiny peppers after shoving a few seeds from my lunch into some pots. They fell off before they could get any bigger, but they were stupidly cute while they lasted!
